UP IN THE MOUNTAINS

Siamo appena tornate da una meravigliosa settimana bianca, all'insegna del relax, durante la quale ci siamo potute godere giornate di sole, romantici paesaggi imbiancati e ottimo cibo in compagnia della nostra famiglia e dei nostri amici. Oggi abbiamo deciso di dedicare il nostro post agli interni della nostra casa di montagna, nella bella Cortina, cuore delle Dolomite e una della località sciistiche più ambite.

We just love and are very enthusiastic when we manage to reuse an object to create something of beautiful. This post is dedicated precisely to this concept: REUSE, which is an increasingly popular practice nowadays. In this specific case we would like to share with you a nice way to reuse glass: jam and preserves pots, perfume bottles, coloured bottles and so on; perfect objects to put together beautiful, special and original flower compositions !!

Come avrete già capito da un nostro recente post dedicato interamente al vimini, a noi ceste e cestini piacciono molto! Oggi dedichiamo il nostro post unicamente a quest'ultime. Le ceste in vimini possono servire come bellissime (e comodissime) borse da spiaggia e sacche per la spesa...ma anche come ceste per arredare le proprie case. Colorate e non, appese ai muri, usate come vasi o in alternativa come porta riviste e in molti le utilizzano anche come ceste per la biancheria. Le ceste in vimini, o in altri materiali annodati, danno un tocco rustico e al contempo molto chic alle vostre case. Adatte sopratutto all'interno di una casa al mare o in campagna.

Wicker baskets can be used in many different ways..they can serve as beach handbags, food shopping bags but also to decorate your homes. Coloured and not, hanged on the walls, used as plant vases or as laundry baskets. Baskets in wicker or in other materials give a rustic and very chic touch to your houses.
